Hey everyone so if your anything like me you love chocolate, and sometimes crave it, so here is
one of my best solutions to keep the cravings at bay.
Chocolate Mug Cake
Dry Ingredients:
All- purpose flour - ¼ Cup
Baking Powder - ¼ Tsp
Cocoa powder (unsweetened) - 2 Tbsp
Granulated sugar - 2 Tbsp
Salt - 1/8 Tsp
Wet ingredients:
Hazelnut chocolate spread - 1 ½ -2
Tbsp
Vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
Milk - ¼ cup
Microwave time: Servings:
2 minutes 1 person
Instructions:
In 1
standard size mug mix together all of the wet and dry ingredients. Be sure to
mix well or your cake will cook funny and have dry powdery spots. Once mixed
well place into microwave for approximately 2 minutes. You may need to change
the amount of time it’s in the microwave, depending on the microwave. Some tend
to heat hotter than others.
Note:
To
save time later make up snack size baggies and fill them with the dry
ingredients. Store in a dry container with a card in it telling you what wet
ingredients you need and cook time.
